Pricing & tiers
Your quota has two parts: a monthly included allotment (resets each period) and prepaid quota (usdc_quota_remaining) you buy via USDC top-up (rolls over). Consumption draws the included allotment first, then prepaid.
Tiers
| Tier | Included / month | Top-up pack | Effective rate | Overage rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 10 | — (no top-up) | — | — |
| Developer | 100 | $25 → 100 | $0.25 / attestation | $0.50 / attestation |
| Team | 500 | $100 → 500 | $0.20 / attestation | $0.40 / attestation |
| Enterprise | custom | custom | custom | custom |
Devnet private beta: tier assignment is manual. The Free tier requires approval; Developer/Team/Enterprise are arranged with Axiom Stack directly. Self-serve plans are on the roadmap.
Marginal-rate top-up math
A top-up of amount A credits floor(A / rate) attestations, where the rate depends on whether you buy a full pack or less:
A≥ the tier's pack price → credited at the effective (pack) rate.A< the pack price → credited at the (higher) overage rate.
This makes full packs the best value and lets you top up arbitrary amounts in between.
Examples (Developer tier — pack $25, effective $0.25, overage $0.50):
| You pay | Rate applied | Attestations credited |
|---|---|---|
| $25.00 | effective ($0.25) | 100 |
| $10.00 | overage ($0.50) | 20 |
| $1.00 | overage ($0.50) | 2 |
Team tier (pack $100, effective $0.20, overage $0.40): $100 → 500; $50 → 125.
Amounts that credit zero attestations (e.g. below one overage unit) are rejected with 422 amount_below_minimum.
What you're charged for
You're metered per completed attestation. A request that's admitted but fails is auto-credited back — you don't pay for attestations that don't complete. The on-chain SOL fee is paid by the Themra operator, not you.
