Privacy Policy
Axiom Stack LLC (“Axiom Stack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates software infrastructure and related technology services for institutional clients. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information in connection with our websites, client portals, application programming interfaces (“APIs”), and related systems (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this policy and understand its contents.
We may process technical and operational data—including log files, device identifiers, IP addresses, authentication events, and usage telemetry—to maintain security, enforce rate limits, diagnose incidents, and fulfill our contractual obligations. For institutional deployments, we may process business contact information, organizational identifiers, and configuration metadata strictly as required to provision, monitor, and support the Services. We do not use this data for consumer advertising purposes, and we do not sell personal information as defined under applicable United States state privacy laws in the ordinary course of our B2B operations.
API usage is subject to documented quotas, throttling, fair-use constraints, and abuse-prevention controls that we may update to preserve platform integrity. Where integrations transmit data to or from third-party systems—including blockchains, custodians, or market data—you are responsible for the lawfulness of such flows and for obtaining any consents or authorizations required by your jurisdiction. We may retain security and audit records in accordance with our retention schedules, legal obligations, and incident-response requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axiom Stack disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the Services, including damages resulting from unauthorized access, third-party dependencies, or network or protocol failures outside our reasonable control. Certain institutional agreements may supersede or supplement this policy where expressly provided. For questions regarding privacy practices, contact your authorized account representative or use the institutional onboarding channel identified in your order form or statement of work.
