Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of websites, client portals, APIs, software artifacts, documentation, and related materials made available by Axiom Stack LLC (“Axiom Stack”). By clicking to accept, executing an order form, or otherwise using the Services, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any entity you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Subject to timely payment and compliance with acceptable-use requirements, Axiom Stack grants Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services during the applicable subscription or engagement term. Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, the Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except to the extent such disclaimers are prohibited by law. Client acknowledges that blockchain networks, market data, and third-party venues are outside Axiom Stack’s control and may behave unpredictably, including under stress or partial outage conditions.
API usage limits—including per-key quotas, concurrency caps, egress restrictions, and fair-use thresholds—may be applied, monitored, and adjusted to protect reliability for all clients. Excessive or abusive traffic, credential sharing, attempted circumvention of technical controls, or use of the Services to violate applicable law may result in throttling, suspension, or termination. Client is responsible for securing API keys, service accounts, webhook endpoints, and any customer data processed through Client integrations, and for maintaining appropriate backups and disaster-recovery posture for its own systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom Stack’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by Client to Axiom Stack for the Services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event, except where limitation of liability is prohibited. Axiom Stack shall not be liable for lost profits, lost data, indirect or consequential damages, or trading losses, including those arising from latency, partial fills, oracle deviations, or regulatory intervention. Certain institutional engagements may be governed by a master services agreement that prevails over conflicting provisions in these Terms where expressly stated.
